RE: Important Update from Ecomm AJ Solutions LLC

We are writing to inform you of a significant change to our business operations that directly impacts our relationship with you.
Due to recent regulatory changes affecting Amazon, we have made the difficult decision to close Ecomm AJ Solutions LLC (“Company”). The closure will take place immediately. This decision was not made lightly; however, the new regulatory changes have rendered our business model unsustainable, and continuing operations under these conditions is no longer feasible as we can no longer sustain operating a non-profitable business.
Listed below are some of the regulations that Amazon has implemented directly affecting the Company:
- Inbound Placement Fee: Sellers must pay for Amazon’s new warehousing service. If sellers decide not to use the new Amazon warehousing service, sellers must ship their goods to at least four different warehouses at their own expense.
- Low Inventory Fee: Sellers are penalized if their inventory in Amazon warehouses consistently runs low. This fee requires sellers to maintain at least four weeks of inventory in the warehouse. To avoid this fee, sellers would enroll in the new Amazon warehousing service.
- Fraud and Abuse Detection Software Issues: Amazon’s detection software has flagged and closed storefronts for allegedly selling fraudulent, unsuitable, or suspected stolen goods. Appeals for these closures are of little help, with little to no explanation provided for why the storefront was initially flagged.
We understand this news may come as a surprise and could cause inconvenience. We deeply regret any disruption this may cause to our ongoing transactions or your plans involving our products.
